Thor

Marvel knocked this one out of the Universe! Thor has all the elements of a great perilous journey story where the hero needs to go one a quest to overcome a harsh burden. In this instance, Thor starts off as arrogant, opinionated and filled with hubris. His father Oden, sees him to be unworthly of becoming King, and banishes him to Earth along with his hammer, which he cannot use until he demonstrates himself to be worthy. In this instance, worthy means self sacraficing and humble. The action sequences in the film as well as the humor are fun. Stick around for the end of the credits, as the teaser is worth the wait. I give Thor a 10 on a scale of 10.
